SoftwareKing.com Horrible customer service - buyer beware Seattle Internet

I purchased Microsoft Office for my son's computer so he could finish a book report.  When I went to install it on his PC, I realized that I had inadvertently purchased the MAC version.  The font on the invoice is 8.5, so maybe someone with better eyes would have picked up on it.  Anyhow, I went to install it, and it said that I had the wrong OS (required MAC OS).  Silly me.  So I contacted them to see about switching it for a PC version.

What I got was a condescending a-hole who lectured me on how all sales are final and I should have read the fine print.  He basically blamed me for his ridiculous return policy.  I could have bought underwear at Walmart, worn them for a week, and returned them with less trouble.  As it stands, I'm stuck with a product that I can't use, from a holier than thou e-commerce site that doesn't care.  If you choose to deal with these guys, make sure you get your order right, because they'll be happy to screw you over if you don't.
