Soho Subcontractors Deceptive practice to get free meals at fine dining restaurant San JuanSan Juan, Puerto Rico

A man by the name of Rafael Nadal (not the famous tennis player) approached us, a fine dining well known bistro in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, under the pretense of organizing a private event for his company, Soho Subcontractors. Like in other legitimate occassions, we assumed it for real and went ahead and gave him and his alledged office and secretary Gladys all the necessary information to do the event. Rafael Nadal accepted the terms and a date was fixed and then requested to come to the restaurant for a "tasting" along with his "coordinator". On the day of the tasting he called to ask if he could pay the dinner bill along with the activity which was set up for two weeks later. We allowed it with the condition that he would at least tip the waiter on the spot. On that evening Rafael Nadal and his voluptious and skimply dressed female "coordinator" wined and dinned on April 12 of 2009 under the stars at Carli's Fine Bistro and Piano. Not only he did not tip, but since that week and numerous polite calls to his alledge office and secretary Gladys, the bill was never paid.

She frequently gave excuses about their accountant getting to it and about waiting for 90 days which passed and at this point we know it was a fraud. We havent been able to locate such company, but we will continue to uncover them.
