Complaint Description:
The neighbors are loud and when we applied for the apartment, we informed them of our medical condition which requires a quiet place to live. When we first applied for the apartment, we said that living in a quiet place was very important due to our medical condition. They told me it was quiet. The first night the social hall downstairs had the live band playing so loud that everything in the house was shaking and it sets the car alarms off outside the building! We have been complaining for over a year and they have done nothing about it! We even called the police. This management company doesn't care about anything else but money. They charge high rent for rat and roach infested apartments. When you walk into the office, they act like you are disturbing them from doing their work. i was fired from my job due to not being able to complete my work duties as assigned at work. We can not sleep here. My blood pressure is higher than its ever been. 

Your Desired Resolution:
When the company has people sign a lease that says you can not be loud to the point of disturbing other tenants living space, they should enforce that rule. Especially there is a long police record of complaints. Especially when KIDS are involved.
