Darin Crofton and Charles King "Casey king" first visited my house after being fired from their now competitor. They represented themselves at the door as SEM Power, Solar Energy Management and that his boss is Jorge Gavaria of JJV llc?
We purchased a $35,000.00 system from them all and wrote 2 checks one for 30% and the other for Darin Crofton photography and Stephanie Crofton to shoot the job for a magazine? Stating we gave you such a good deal because they wanted my husband and I to allow them to use our home as a test home in their magazine.
to fast track we googled after they left our house and Darin Crofton photography has a very nasty set of reviews so we attempted to cancel our checks. Too late we were told they were cashed same day. When asked for a refund we were advised that there are no refunds in fact we were told they would lien our house. We filed a civil and criminal investigation and suit into all of the following and can be contacted to verify.
