Solar Condiuit, San Antonio, TX Ken Solis Sent me forged, fradulent extended warranty certificates. Fronius has no record of ever selling to Solar Conduit and will not honor warranty. San Antonio Texas

I purchased two (2) 5-year extended warranties for Fronius inverters from Solar Conduit (Ken Solis) via the website and many email exchanges. He eventually, via email, sent me two "certificates" claiming to be Fronius Extended warranties for my specific serial numbers. A recent service call with Fronius changed one of my inverters, and now has a new serial number. When I checked with Fronius to verify that the extended warranty was transferred to the replacement serial number, they told me: "Unfortunately, Fronius did not process a sale of the warranty extension 41,200,116 and have no record of ever selling directly to Solar Conduit." The certificates Ken Solis sent me are fraudulent forgeries. Ken Solis stole $1,401.58 from me. I have left several messages with Solar Conduit about the issue and have not received any return call or email. The published phone numbers ( (210) 520-2988 direct, (888) 388-8808 toll free) are an answering service ony - no live person ever answers. (Call me surprised?) These warranties are still listed on their website: "FRONIUS 15 YR.
