Do Not purchase leads or preset appts from. Absolute Joke of a Lead provider, They can't deliver no matter what they promise you.
Agreed to a refund, in writing, but has not refunded. I placed an order with Joe from Solar Media Team and payed $4000 for 20 preset appts, $200 each.
Joe said we would have our first appointments in a week or 2 tops. This time went by with little contact from Joe so we started reaching out diligently. Finally after a month of us constantly following up with Joe we had our first appt set. We then got the recording of this call and it was just terrible the customer had no idea they were even setting a solar appointment.
It then took another 2 months to get 5 total appointments. We were constantly in touch with Joe, and we were constantly given the run around, empty promise after empty promise. At this point we had enough of Solar Media Team and started requesting a refund for them not fulfilling their contact.
After another Month of Reaching out to Joe and now starting to leave messages for the CEO Gabe Solomon we were getting no where. Joe will almost always respond but has Zero power to do anything and Gabe will never respond.
We paid for a service to acquire Gabe's cell phone number and started reaching out to him direclty, after quite a unanswered calls, voicemails and texts he finally responded and set a time for us to have a phone call.
On this call Gabe endlessly refused a pro-rated refund of $3000. And only when we said we were going to write reviews of our experience on here and BBB did he then agree to a $1500. Which he said would be processed on "friday" This was in Febraury 2019.
Shocking that no refund was processed, a constant song and dance is what we got. Gabe has stopped responding to all Texts, Emails and calls. As has Joe. No refund has been issued to date and Solar Media Team is unresponsive.
