Solar Media Team Renovation Referral LLC DBA Solar Media Team Did not service or refund for 50 $1,750 Voice to Data Solar Leads Boca Raton Florida

I placed an ordered for 50 voice to data solar leads or $1,750.00 worth of leads with Solar Media Team on the date of 2/8/2018 with a sales rep. named Michel. He had told me that these leads were not cold called telemarketing leads and that these homeowners had opted in to hear about solar at one point or another.

I received my first three leads on 2/13/2018 and was upset to hear my first contacted lead say that he was forced by the telemarketer to give them information and was not interested in solar at all. My 3rd lead on that same day had a new lead name with the exact address and telephone number as a previous lead. I could tell right away that I was wasting my time and was not going to be satisfied with their service. So, I emailed the CEO Gabe Solomon immediately after receiving these leads requesting a refund for sloppy leads; 2/14/2018.

I was contacted by a joeseph Karilla on that same day who tried to understand why I wanted a refund. After explaining that I had received duplicate leads and was not satisfied with the service to date. He had promised that a refund would be issued.

I had multiple conversations with Joe Karialla over the course of 5 weeks on the telephone and by email. I even sent the CEO Gabe Solomon an email on March 2nd with an attempt to bring this to his attention. During this time I was more than professional in communication with Joe. I was even willing to negotiate a cancellation fee but was told several times that the refund was coming by Joe Karilla. After 5 weeks and the multiple excuses for me not seeing my refund. It was obvious that the CEO was sweeping this under the table and his rep. Joe was having to come up with every excuse in the book. I even recall Joe getting upset when he ran me around the bush and brought up that I had signed a contract. I was never even sent a contract for signature which just proved my point of disorganization and the reason I wanted the refund in the first place. 

On March 20th I was able to get a hold of Joe. Let's just say this is not an easy task to do. I told him that it was obvious that I was not receiving my refund and that I'd rather work with their unorganized leads than get ripped off completely. No, joke the phone disconnected and I tried to reach him multiple times after that. Any professional company would have called me right back, but instead, he called me at 9pm that night. I missed the phone call and received an email saying that we were on the same page about receiving leads in the North Dallas area concentrating on 75023, 75074, 75075. This was on March 20th.

Received an email on the 28th saying that he was going to clean up the unorganized portal with the duplicate leads. (3 leads show as 6) and that he was about to upload some leads but realized they were out of Ft. Worth and that he had a couple others in the North Dallas area for me. I'm not interested in Ft. Worth leads.

It is April 2nd and the portal has not been cleaned up and I still have yet to see a lead! I also have not been able to get a hold of Joe Karilla Office, Direct, Cell going on two weeks.
