DO NOT PAY THIS MAN UPFRONT!! Stay clear of Ed Anderson and Solar Nextdoor! We purchase "leads" (800 web leads) from him that ended up being several months old to start! Over 140 emails were no good! Then, he sent another list with basically 12 leads, 8 of which were way past the 60 miles max we requested. However, the worst part of all of this is that we decided to purchase "Pre Set Appointments" and arranged to send him a deposit of $500.00 that day, which we did via Paypal. He immediately had Paypal call me because they wanted to hold the funds. I had them released right away. We expected that we would be receiving leads the next day (Per our agreement) and when we called him, he would not pick up his phone. He finally text to say he hadn't received the funds yet and that he had to have them transferred to his Chase account because "He lost his wallet" and could not get funds from his Paypal card!!! So, he was doing NOTHING until HIS bank released funds to him, which takes 3-4 days! We fulfilled our payment agreement and he held up the process because "Chase had not released the funds", yet the money left our Paypal account and was PAID into his immediately. Him losing his wallet should have had NO barring on getting our leads out! He was paid, period! We have been trying to call, text and email him for days and he has simply just ignored every attempt to resolve the issue. My partner actually got him on the phone and when he realized it was him, he acted like he could not hear him and hung up! I am reporting him to the BBB and Ripoff Report, etc. as well as many social media outlets as possible. I will also be pressing charges. He is very available when he is expecting money, Johnny on the spot! But try and get your leads.....que the crickets!

I was no longer a part of A Fresh Start as the owner. I left becasue David Langford was stealing from the company and it left everyone who had worked so hard, out in the cold and with nothing to show for their hard work. I was at the office that day picking up my personal items and just happened to answer the phone with Cory called. He asked for my name and so I believe he has just put anyones name on here that he could being as made as he was Can't say I blame him, but I was not responsible for any of this and as a matter of fact. If you google David Langford Fraud, you will see many people who have been literally ripped off for many tens of thousands of dollars. I hope this clears this issue up once and for all. I am very sorry for the people who were taken advantage of. Also, Atti Thiry was not an owner and also had nothing to do with the accounting or control of the accounts. This was all David Langford.
