Soldsmart.com.au Remote Controlled Helicopter that doesn't fly. Soldsmart will not respomd to my complaint. Sydney NSW Nationwide

Purchased a remote controlled helicopter for $61.00. Attempted to fly it but it spins wildy to the left and is totally uncontrollable. As per the instructions I adjusted the trim screw to the right, but no improvement. Adjusted the trim screw fully to the right but still spins wildly to the left. Contacted Soldsmart who boast 24 hour response times to complaints. Received a reply within 24 hours suggesting i send photos. I replied suggesting that photos wouldn't demonstrate the spinning of the helicopter but I suggested perhaps I could send a short video instead. At least 4 days passed with no response so I emailed again advising i would seek help from Consumer Affairs if i didnt receive a response within 24 hours. Still no response more than 24 hours later.

I looked at their website again and someone please correct me if I'm wrong but it appears they are selling the very same model helicopter at varying prices, cheekily deceiving consumers by showing them in different colours. They got me. Prices for what appears to be the very same helicopter range from $49 up to $61. Possibly higher. I didn't go for the cheapest one because i was afraid it would be a poorer quality item. On top of all this......and while soldsmart boast their prices are terrific, I've since found the EXACT same helicopter in a shop nearby for $40!!!! At Nxxxx Exxxx(((REDACTED))) in Spencer Street Melbourne. Next stop.....VCAT. It will cost me approximately $35 in fees but I promise I will pay the fees just for the satisfaction of having this resolved. This is not about the money.
