Solid Gold Sound DJ Service Solid Gold Sound is going down Lexington Kentucky

I was contacted by Ron with Solid Gold Sounds on October 10th to do a wedding on the next day. His DJ backed out...now I know why. He asked me to do 6 hours for $350 and drive 1.5 hours. I told him I could do it for $450 and Ron called me back and agreed to the $450 price. He was putting the check in the mail that day. After 7 days I called and was put on hold for over 30 minutes at a time. I made several attempts and when I did talk with Ron he made up excuses and never resolved anything. I then talked to Ryan and asked who was in charge and he said it was John. I have called over the past few days and left messages for John. He has never returned my calls.
It has been almost a month and now I am in touch with the assistant prosecutor in the county where the wedding took place and we are pressing charges. Does anyone else want in on taking these clowns down... I have been a professional DJ for over 25 years and these jokers are messing with the wrong guy!
