Solid Solutions Corp ripoff, very shady Miami Beach Florida

my wife and i wanted a way to download music. So we bought this off of the internet. Big mistake!!!!!!! we have windows xp we started having problems with our computer. we had Kazaa downloaded at one time and our computer messed up with it so we uninstalled it. when we got this music down load from Solid Solutions Corp we started having the same problems. when open it up to download music it looked just like Kazza. so when i got my Credit card bill i called the number on my bill. A guy answered the phone, i thought i would get some questions answered. But to my surprise it was a answering service.

No problem i thought, so i asked him if what i bought was in any way related to Kazza he said he didnt know. he said he would take my information and fax it to the company. I asked him if there was a phone number i could call them at and he said NO!!!. So i asked what their hours of operation were he said they really didnt have any hours of operation. So then i asked him when they would call me he said he didnt know maybe 24hrs he wasnt really sure. I told something sounded really shady he had no response. He also had no idea how i could get this credited to my credit card. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

How i found this was on my Netscape home page under new downloads. I thought since i found it there i would be safe to buy wrong...
