SolidTech LAVASOFTTECH.UPCLK.COMAD-AWARE CLEAN YOUR PC SCAM-DOWNLOAD FAKE SOFTWARE Internet

purchased pc antivirus protection software on internet from Lavasoft for $48. Software downloaded but could not activate. When I called they switched me to SolidTech who said he (Jerry) would help activate. Then Jerry went into a long spin about my computer being full of spam and virus and hidden Trogans (malwara). Jerry sold me on buying a complete overhaul of my PC along with refunding my $48; cost $249. Jerry said it would take 5 hours so I should leave my computer for 5 hours. I was watching that PC and saw he had stopped processing after about an hour and a half. He never started again and the next day (Sunday) I found that nothing he said he would do had been done. When I tried to contact him using the web help icon he had installed on my dest top it would say "not avaliable".  Good thing it was on weekend; I rushed to my bank this morning (Monday) and filed a disputed debit card use compliant. Since it was a debit transction the bank will try to contact them and if not resolved to my satisfaction my money will be returned. (The $249 was still in a pending status , not paid, at my bank).
