Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Morse Jared Shafer, Patience Bristol Double dealing, fraud, and misrepresentation are the products of Solomon Dwiggins Freer and Morse las Vegas, Nevada

Solomon Dwiggins and Freer is the ultimate rip off firm in Las Vegas.  My Aunt needed a guardian.  I made the mistake of contacting the Public guardian in Las Vegas.  The public guardians office gave me the number of Alan Freer who works at this firm.  Alan Freer told me everything was going to be temporary.  He said a nice man named Jared Shafer would be her guardian and this would last three months at the longest. 

Well, three months turned into 2 years.  My Aunt became a prisoner in her home.  She couldnt leave the state to live with her relatives residing in Santa Fe New Mexico.  We couldnt get an accounting.  Finally we got a call telling us my Aunt had no money and she was placed into a home for indigent seniors.  I couldnt understand this because she had over $300,000 in her bank account and $6000 per month in pension income.  I learned Alan Freer was representing Jared Shafer at the same time he was representing me, but he never disclosed this fact.

Many attorneys say this practice is against the law in most states.  When we confronted him all he would say was everything was done for your Aunts welfare.  We cant get anywhere with law enforcement, advocacy groups tell us Shafer is too powerful.  Jared Shafer or Patience Bristol will not return my calls.  The Nevada bar will not respond to letters or phone calls.  I am frustrated, alone, and very confused as to how such a tragedy could take place in the Richest country in the world.  Something must be done, but I dont know where to go.
