Solow Solutions ripoff dishonest-promised to refund my $299.00 but they are a scam Champlain New York

I was contacted by Solow Solutions from Champlain NY. They stated they would help me fix my credit and send me a $5000.00 limit credit card, but to my surprise no credit card came, and it all costed me $299.00. I have tried since last summer to retrieve my money, but Solow Solutions just keeps telling me to write letters to the administration. I am thinking that by now, there is NO administration. I sent the "package" back to them in full over three months ago, and still no refund into my account. I have made several phones calls to them about the refund, but to no avail. The scam/rip-off has really deemed me unable to trust anyone in the business industry. Thier scam to help me fix my credit costed me $299.00, and now I can't even get them to refund my money that they promised. They even included a 100% money back guarantee, but that was a rip-off as well.
