I was on Facebook and clicked on a link take this quiz, next thing I know I am being charged 3 times on my Verizon phone bill @ $ 9.99 ea. They operate
under 2 names. solow.com and sendmemobile.com they are the same company
I sent and e-mail asking for a refund but they said no. I sent another e-mail telling them I was going to file a claim with the Federal Trade Comission and the Attorney general office of North Carolina. After that I received an e-mail saying they would give me a partial refund .I filed a claim with the Federal Trade commission phone 1-919-716-6000 . Both e-mail addresses are listed as owned by Savvis , 3300 Regency Parkway, Cary, North Carolina, 27511- the support phone number is 1-888-536-6171.
Do not take no for an answer tell them you want a refund and demand they stop your service if you have not done so. I am waiting for an e-mail answer regarding
my refund. File the claim with the Federal Trade Comission. They are very sneaky. Click on their link signs you up for a monthly service of $ 9.99 .I am still fighting to get them to get a full refund

Thank you so much for posting that address. I live IN Cary, NC, and I used to work in Regency Park, so I know the area very well. I will be stopping by their physical office (if one actually exists) to demand a refund for this fraud.
