Btw, website was done last year, in the website they say they have more than 30 yrs in business, hard to believe. No fb, twiter, linkedin active link despite of icons on bottom. Also icons from banks on bottom, to look fancy and relevant. Phone number is a landline somewhere in California, they ask for 700+ to franchise with them to get more than 30 houses to clean every month from real estate investors. Wow, yeah right.

In other words, the Jobs in your local area will be sent to you only! The real estate professionals can learn about available homes in the area, which are not being actively publicized. They also have the time to research the local market, Make appointments for you to see these homes ...all things for which you may not have the time for or do not want for yourself. They will prepare and handle all the paperwork in relation to appointments guaranteed by our partners.
They act as your " mediators", during negotiations. This will guarantee that every time there is projects in your local area you will be the only subcontractor on these properties to do the job.
We will include your company with proper insurance policy coverage of 3-million in liability including worker´s compensation. You will only pay the Real-Estate ID Which will identify you as a Subcontractor for Solutions Real State for 2 full years, The cost of the franchise is $ 740.00 which includes primary project, and a 2 Year membership, You will also receive your weekly reports that will be provided of the projects available in your area! Included in this Service; (and at no additional cost), We will provide your contracting company a website that will provide your business a professional image to all our brokers and real estate partners. This will have a guarantee of 6 months in which they are completely refunded if you are not completely satisfied with due receipt.
The subcontractor will complete the residential Cleaning for 33 residential properties for a total payment from the Contractor of $13,000.00. The Contractor will pay the subcontractor the 50% of the amount which totals $6,500.00 at the commencement of the project and a 50% of the amount which totals $6,500.00 at the completion of the project.
1.) 900 sq2 ft - (11) paid at $300.00
2.) 1300 sq2 ft - (11) paid at $350.00
3.) 2500 sq2 ft -(11) paid at $475.00
TOTAL BUDGET FOR PROJECT IS $13,000.00
1)-A copy of i.d. or License scanned or picture shot and emailed.
2)-First & Last Names of any worker that is going to be on the job site.
3)-Fill out and Sign Contract.
4)-Include All Services You Provide.
5)-scanned or picture shot of business licence
