Solutions for Growth LLC David Fischer, Solutions for Growth LLC Left Me Hanging for $925 South Salem New York

I used David Fischer, Solutions for Growth LLC for more than two years (I obtained their recommendation from the Constant Contact Marketplace).  They helped me with my monthly e-newsletter.  I supplied the written content and they worked up the template, did some proofreading and editorial suggestions for $140.00 per month.  All goes until one of the images they put into my e-newsletter was a copyrighted image from Getty Images.

So, Getty send me a series of letters and emails stating that I violated copyright, e.g. copyright infringement, and I owe Getty $925.00.  I sent the emails from Getty to David Fischer.  After several back and forth emails, his last response was, " I'm sorry about the situation and at this point I'm not in a position to provide advice (email dated 10/24/17)."  

So, in other words, he is not willing to support me as a client, handle the situation with Getty, negotiate with Getty, etc. and all because one of his employees put a copyrighted image into my e-newsletter.  

Unfortunately for me, Getty does not care that a third party was responsible.  Since the image appears in my e-newsletter, the alleged infringement is on me.

After more than two years and paying $140.00 per month and more than $1200.00 per year.  David obviously does not care about the client relationship enough to pay for his and his employees negligence.

I am left to deal with Getty and try to negotiate something or hire legal counsel.  And of course, did David offer to help?  Did he offer for pay for his employee’s negligence?  Nope.

With Solutions for Growth and David Fischer, as long as he does not have to stand up for his clients, everything is great.  But if something goes wrong - he will leave you hanging in the wind.

Even though he has a lot of good testimonials out there in cyber space, if you want to sue him I suggest an agreement that indemnifies you and your company against such grievous negligent errors.
