Solvaderm Eyevage Stemuderm Juvabrite damaged my skin Spring Valley New York

I used Solvaderm eyevage for 2 weeks and the product caused severe burns under my eyes. I have used many eye creams over the years and never had any allergic reaction or issues with products. This product had an off smell which I thought was from the all natural ingredients and no fragrance added so I continued and used it. Initially it caused some redness. This further developed into burns and the skin oozed. It took many weeks for the skin to clear up and I still feel like there is damage to my skin. When I call the toll free number, it seems like I'm getting service people in India or some other non USA location. I was provided an address for product returns and it was a UPS store. I found information on line and asked to speak with the owner directly. They never called me to ask any questions about my experience. Horrible service and product. Terrible company. I don't think they care about the quality or product. I
