I received Solvaderm Eyevage and Solvaderm Juvabrite and both products didn't help my skin at all.  When I contacted the company to return the products, they gave me the run around.  I asked to speak with a manager and they wouldn't provide a name or allow me to speak with anyone.  I asked for a mailing address and they would not provide an address and the customer service would also not provide the name of the owner of the company.  I was unable to find a name of the owner anywhere except on some third party sites who did research and named Dan O'Shea and Brendan O'Shea.  I couldn't contact anyone for help and no owners would return my call.

The company promises a money back gurantee but refused to help me.  When I talk to people i get people on the phone in India. People think this company may be a scam and I think the Solvaderm scam could be real.  

Also, I asked the customer service what doctors offices use the product and they said none.  The webiste says all kinds of information about doctors offices using the product and the products getting awards but this all appears to be false. The award received was from a website that has the same address as the company.  Buyers should be aware this may be a huge scam.  Please check carefully before you buy or better yet ask your doctor or skin care professional for a recommendation.

This company is not an ethical company to deal with.
