Something New Professional Jewelry Cleaner Something-new Dishonest, Overcharged, Misrepresented the price of their product Internet

Purchased Something New Professional Jewelry Cleaner at a Girls Night Out event.  At the time of purchase, we were told that we would not be able to find the product anywhere else for less--we purchased five (5) sets of this product.  However, when I got home, I searched on the web and found that the same company was selling it for much less on the web because with the purchase and an additional $3 you also would get a sonic jewelry cleaner.  I immediately pulled out the receipt and tried to call the number on the receipt to discover that the phone number had been disconnected.  I went online and sent an email to Something-New.com and after several attempts, received a return phone call from Ms. Lynn Wagner with a promise that I would be receiving something in the mail.  Ms. Wagner was aware that the phone number on the receipt was not in service and told me that they should have changed the receipt to reflect their current number.  Trust me, they don't want calls because you have to send them email as a means of contacting them.  Ms. Wagner apologized and told me that it was a family owned business and that they could not always control the cost for which the product was being sold.  Unfotunately, I never received anything in the mail and all other attempts to contact the company have been ignored.  I do not recommend the purchase of this product--I am now back to using either my regular jewelry cleaner or lemon joy and water which I believe works better than the Something New Professional Jewelry Cleaner.  Buyers Beware!
