I ordered a "large" Eartheater cichlid from Keith at SomethingsPhishy.com in November 2007. 3 wks later he send a DEAD 2" Eartheater cichlid. The water had leaked completely out of the bag (zip-tied loosly with an ICE pack!) and the fish was dead and already rotting. The box was soaked and broken open from bad packaging.

He also charged me $60 for "overnight shipping" yet the shipping label said it cost him $22.00 and he sent it "2nd day ground". I was furious & very upset after waiting 3 wks for the fish. Keith refused to answer any of my emails.

Please-for the sake of the FISH, don't buy from him. He's a total rip-off and doesn't care a single bit about the fish he kills.
