  Purchased a treatment package for my wife for our anniversary Was a bit skeptical in the beginning but after going in for the consultation the lady made us feel comfortable with our purchase. While we were in there there were several customers coming out smiling seemed to be happy. We asked the "nurse" who is actually just a sales person, what is the success rate and failure rate and what is the guarantee that it would work. They told us that they would make sure that the treatments took and if not they would give us extra treatments to make up the difference. For future growth, they would give us seriously reduced up to 70% off for fill-in treatments. Purchased a a seven session treatment package for proximally $2500 After the fifth treatment, hair growth had slowed, but was still prevalent. My wife discussed how to more treatments was going to stop the hair growth , They told her that she may have to purchase an additional seven treatment package in order to get it all removed. They also told her that due to her hair color and skin color, it sometimes requires 2 to 3 treatment packages and that still may not guarantee. This obviously was after they have charged our credit card for the total amount. We gave them several attempts to make this right including giving us a refund even if it was only 50%. They essentially laughed and said if we could not afford additional treatments we shouldn't of came to begin with.I spoke with several people who were leaving after treatments and several people told me that they have had to pay for almost a year worth of treatments.

Takeaway: this obviously is not a permanent solution it is an expensive treatment package that has fair results on most, and no results on some. Because we were not willing to pay them an additional $2500, we did not see any results. So to have the hair removed permanently it looks like it may cost you close to $10,000. I seriously do not recommend this service to anybody to throw your money away. They are rude, obnoxious, condescending, and as crooked as they come. I am now going to turn to social media where I have over 3000 connections and ask that all my connections please disburse what happened to us with a potential reach of over 20,000 people
