Soncel Homes Inc. Belittled, Kicked Out and Very Upset Kingsland Georgia

Today had to be the most unbelievable day of my life. To sum things up, I received a denial letter from Soncel Homes Inc almost a week from today. It did explain the reason(s) I was denied along with my money order for the application fee. No big deal, I thought. Prior to filling out the application I asked what will lead to denial (just to save myself from unnecessary work if I could) Jody the agent that I met with, told me "not much, we look for evictions and the usual stuff" I said ok-perfect, because that did not apply. I mentioned my credit isn't strong but I am paying off all debts which is a requirement from my employer. She understood and said ok. Time passes, the letter arrives. The letter explains my credit was not strong enough to move forward. I was ok with that, figured it would ruin my outcome and dealt with the outcome. A few days later I paid 2500 toward my defaulted debts, which are now fully paid off. Excited, the only thing on my mind was to reclaim my apartment with hopes this will allow them to see my effort and willingness to do whats right. I walk into the office. Explained I paid my debts and would it be okay to have everything looked into again since it was not over 30 days. Let alone 3 weeks. Jody and Jeff started talking and denied the second look. I asked for corporate contact information and right at that moment things changed. They kept repeating that corporate will say the same as them and deny it and did not want to provide their number. Before I knew it, Jeff stood up and yelled "GET OUT OF HERE, YOU'RE IRRITATING ME" to "YOU'RE NOT WELCOMED HERE" when I asked his name he said "JEFF SPADLING, DO YOU NEED ME TO SPELL IT?!" to even threatening to call the police all because I asked for corporate contact information. He was down right rude and unfair. Corporate number was no where to be found in the office and even more impossible to find online. I will not stop searching because this is not have people should be treated. Ever.
