Sonic Cash, Inc. Soniccash.com Didn't honor loan terms. Pulled payments out early. Boise , Idaho

PLEASE READ prior to doing business with soniccash.com I was approved for a loan in the amount of $400 on 12/22/11.
The representative verified my pay dates by calling my bank and confirm my direct deposits with my banker. My repayment dates were supposed to be every other week, on those pay dates (Fridays). Unfortunately, 2 days PRIOR to the date
in my contract (which I was smart enough to save) the extension amount was taken out of my account:

This caused my account to be overdrawn. I incurred 4 NSF fees from my bank and 2 returned check fees. Soniccash was only willing to refund 3 of those fees, leaving me with another $105 I was stuck with. They stated it was due to a "computer
error" from going into a new year. They informed me they would make sure that in two weeks, the next extension would be on a Friday, as agreed. ONE week later, another extension fee was taken out of my account, once AGAIN leaving me to deal with insufficient funds.

I was told there was nothing they could do to correct this one, as it was required to "change" my due dates to Fridays. One week later I logged into their website to confirm the next date, and it stated I had another $140 due 01/20/2012 - which would have made three weeks in a row! When I called, the agent confirmed it was an error, and informed me my next date would be February 3rd, and that it would be bi-weekly from that point forward. Unfortunately, I was once again misinformed.

I called in for an explanation, and the managers I spoke with, a Mr. Simmons and a Mr. Hall, both informed me there was nothing they could do. That's what the "contract said." Even though Mr. Simmons claimed their calls are recorded, he refused to go back and check that the agent had confirmed a February 3rd date for me.

In light of all my problems, he "negotiated" a "settlement" of $400 with their "client." Note, that I had only borrowed $400, and at this point had paid $420 in extensions during a period that was far from what the original contract stated. I
was given the option to pay the $400 on Friday 02/03/2012 and be paid in full, or to move the $400 payment a few days if need be. When I called in on 02/07/2012 to pay the $400, they refused to accept it. They stated it was no longer a valid agreement and that I had to pay the $540 for the original amount and one more extension.
