I live in Missouri and received 3 phone calls today from a Jack Adams from a attorney office that they have to talk to me about a very important matter. He told me that they have a affadavit that will be served to me by the sheriff by 1100-1200 tommorrow and I will go to jail with 3 counts of fraud and writing bad checks! I do not owe any money then they said it was from a payday loan and I am currently already paying that back! He then stated that I would have to pay $5,484.87! For a loan that was taken out at 550.00! So I took down his number which is 213-550-4189 and told him I would call him back. I talked to the company and they are getting my payments!
So then I called back Jack Adams and a Scott Miller answered, they have very bad english, very broken and rude! He kept telling me I would know when the sherriff comes to get me and that they cant fax me anything! So Beware! This had me so freaked out all morning!
