I went to Sonic to get my boyfriend one of the new Philly toaster sandwiches that are being advertised, because he thought it looked so good.
When I got home it was on a bun to begin with not on toast(they should of told me they where out) it had 2 small pieces of meat that did not even cover the bun and one little piece of cheese.
There were no onions or green peppers as advertised and this thing was $3.99.
Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money.

Clearly an Accident

What did you do to correct the problem? It clearly was a mistake. They accidentally switched your Philly with a burger. Unfortunately mistakes do happen. Did you call the store and inform them of their mistake? I'm positive they would have happily replaced your order. If you do not inform them of their mistakes how are they supposed to solve the problems?
