Sonic Drive In Incredibly disappointing Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Nationwide

The Sonic in Clovis, CA charges $5.29 for a large shake.  For that much, you expect a real treat, right?  Wrong.  If I ever go for another one (not likely) I'll just ask for a large shake and see what I get.  

When we went the other day, I ordered a large vanilla shake and was charged an additional 20 cents for the vanilla.  My wife ordered a banana malt, for which we were charged an additional 50 cents and you couldn't taste the banana.  It had a few tiny bits of banana in it, but hardly a nickel's worth, much less 50 cents worth.  I guess when you go to the drive through window they figure they can give you crap and you'll not bother to come back to complain.   They got it half right; I don't think I'll bother to come back!
