I am highly incensed and I want to make sure that this company SONOBELLA is blasted for being the scam- rip off company that they truly are!!!!

I went to get consulted to have a procedure done on my stomach. Initially, when I arrived the clerks     (YES THE CLERKS) assessed me and told me that every section of my stomach $1200. By the time they finished my projected surgery amounted to $4996.00. They insisted that I have to pay in order to get my consult and I couldn't pay half. I literally paid them $4300 in cash and put the $696 on my credit card.

After, the clerks let me speak with the doctors to be sure that I am physically able to get all the surgery. When I spoke with the first doctor, she said that I don't need anything done. The second doctor stated that I just needed two sections (upper abdomen and love handles) completed. they scheduled the surgery within 10 days. On the day of the surgery the office manager came to me and said that she wants to ask the doctor again about the sits this time the doctor said one site. I then said okay lets have the one site for 1200 as was advertised.

The office manager Kimberly O' Neal changed the price and said since its one site i will have to pay additional and the whole total came to like $2800.00. I was there for literally 2 hours and witnessed the doctor , and the office manager debating in front of me because they couldn't agree with one another on what I needed!! Seeing of this I decided to have that I didn't want to go through with the procedure because my instinct tells me that the doctor was truthful  but the whole office was all about the money and i could die and they will care less ( i guess they are on commission). . I asked them to please refund me and the clerk stated that I would have wait 14 days.

I had to call for two weeks so they would just refund my credit card!!! the amount of 695.00.  Now, today I was so livid I still haven't received the remaining $4300.00. I called and they were giving me "a story"-I'm like just refund me. I asked them for their corporate number she said they dont have a physical address and i asked who owns the company the clerk gave it to me- she gave me his physical address too. I was told today that they will send my money out tomorrow. We shall certainly see.... I mean, talk about horrible customer service!
