Placed a $500 deposit on a 3 wk old english bulldog puppy. She kept making excuses as to why she wouldn't send me my deposit slip and things to sign. She made several remarks in emails that her family was attached to the dog and that her daughter loved it. After waiting almost 5 weeks and buying countless supplies and getting my family's hopes up for this puppy-she tries to persuade me to back out 5 days before because I mention I would use a different dog food. She was looking for a way out the whole time. I will not be buying a dog from someone like this. She is very unprofessional and I hope this never happens to another person what happened to our family. Thankfully she has agreed to send our deposit back-but I think she was planning on that the whole time. I hope she never sells another english bulldog- or any dog for that matter again.Her knowledge on the breed is very limited and she was quick to tell me that what she did was right, etc when she is infact feeding Royal Canin-a poor dog feed.

Sonya, you did nothing wrong. You are a good breeder and you care a lot about who gets your babies. You made the right decision to turn down a sale to protect your puppy. That's what a Good Breeder does. Royal Canin food is not cheap or bad dog food.. I know plenty top show breeders who feed and recommend Royal Canin, so poo on anyone who has a different opinion. What matters is you CARE A Lot! Keep up the caring, don't let no one tell you different or try to make you feel bad about making proper decisions upon whom you sell too. I have had to return deposits due to the same judgment calls. Every Good Breeder makes that decision...

We reserve the right to refuse sell to to Anyone we feel will not provide a responsible and loving home to our puppies ! We do not sell to brokers, puppy mills,or petshops !
If you u contact me over and over begging to get my puppy at 6 weeks of age and have plans of changing this new babies food at such a young age ... I will not sell my puppy to you. Simple as that ! No puppy will leave my home until at least 8 weeks of age. After it receives its vaccination, dewormings, and vet visit.....I will simply email you letting you know that I will be refunding your deposit, and you will not be getting one of my puppies, as I did this person ! Attn Bulldog Breeders, You really need to contact me before selling this person one of your puppies !!!!!
