I called the indicated number on quicksites.sophea.com/packages.htm and spoke with a representative of the company, Debbie Chavez who coached me into purchasing before a certain date in order to get my website designed for $145.00. Since I needed 'flash' I was told it would be $185.00 for the package.

I was emailed the instructions on how to pay and utilize the system and told my personal designer would call me. A man by the name of Joey called to inform me that he and a team of designers would begin immediately designing my website based on my requests. According to Sophea.com you are able to view the progress of your website through a panel buyemployees.com/signin.php Needless to say, a week went by no call, no progress.

Week two, no calls, no progress. I attempted through email on several occasions to get a status. I was told someone will call - no call. I sent emails - no response. I have since turned it over to my Credit Card Company and hope to get my account reimbursed and the company investigated.

In retrospect, I should have performed a search to determine if the company is reputable. After paying my money and not receiving the goods, I looked closer at their site and found the posted website samples are phony, among other things.

Also found the company name that appeared on my credit card statement DBA: Infinology has an 'F' rating by the BBB with numerous unanswered complaints. The old saying applies here "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" BUYER BEWARE

The Saga Continues - Sophea.Com

AUTHOR: S - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 09, 2005

In order to meet my deadline, I was forced to contract the website creation out to another company. I also informed my credit card agency of the fraudulent website, the agreed upon services were never provided.

Anne Stahl subsequently designed the site using copyrighted stock photography, flash animation and design. I have now established that Sophe.Com has pirated this design and displaying copyrighted text, images and design elements illegally at http://unix.sophea.com/crafter/saritagray/onlinegiftwrapping/deco.php.

Anne Stahl and I extended the courtesy to remove this website without further ado within 5 business days from the date of the email. Additionally, I requested that Sophea.Com employees stop making harassing telephone calls to my home during the nighttime hours. I'm certain the calls are a result of me pursuing this matter.
