SOS SECURITY LLC Houston,Texas 77060 I was hired as a field supervisor positions then 6 months later they stopped working me because they're paying me too much I did sign a contract with them we both agreed on the pay Houston Texas
I was hired on with SOS Security LLC in Houston Texas as a Field Supervisor two weeks before my 90 days were up probation as they called it they tell me they're not going to have field supervisors anymore so they demoted me to a flex officer making the same amount of money I accepted it I had no choice 3 weeks before my insurance was up I did go through the company
I was paying 380 to 400 a month they called me into the office out of the blue no apparent reason said I was going to work for $10 an hour for 36 hours graveyard in Downtown Houston there is no way anyone could survive off that the secretary called me into Jim's office he was not there for the day she goes I'm posing as Jim she goes you have till the end of the day to make a decision or I'm making it for you I said come again excuse me she goes you got till tomorrow the following day 2 give her an answer if I'm going to take that shift or not I said for one you're not management your secretary
I need to talk with Jim Wells about this not you and you're not going to make any of my decisions for me she was very rude unprofessional I have never seen anything like that before Sheryl Henderson was in the next office with the door shut. I know they always wanted someone at 5599 San Felipe Street in Houston Jim Wells wanted me there permanently
I told him I cannot work there and pay my bills I wouldn't be making enough anyway Cheryl also told him he doesn't have the experience and he's not going to accept that shift graveyard 12 bucks an hour I got a hold of corporate Catherine told her what was going on she never called me back she kept saying that she's been trying to get ahold of me which is a lie I always answer my phone regardless who it is cuz I needed to know what was happening with my case that I had against SOS of course I'm going to answer my phone first they tried to lie and say that something got stolen while I was on a shift that I started at 9 am at the Galleria at Louis Vuitton they told me something got stolen so I can't be a flex officer anymore really cuz they don't open till 9:30
I was only there for 20 minutes no one was even in the store as a flex officer the guard was telling me the rundown where the break room is where to do your dar's ETC so there was no customers in the store nothing ever got stolen that's a lie then they tell me that I can't go back to Thermo Fisher because me and a site supervisor there do not get along another lie we get along great I walk her out to her car we left everyday
I was working from 2 p.m. to 10 for 5 months there all of a sudden they move the girl from 5599 San Felipe to my shift and give her a dollar raise and send me to 5599 she took my shift another words at Thermo Fisher in the meantime I work there for about a week and I knew that there was no way I could pay my bills not only that as Cheryl said I don't have the experience to work at a high rise building they put me there anyway so I'll quit no training I didn't know what I was doing as a flex officer you just know the basics I spoke with Catherine they're trying to send me to California now in the meantime SOS Security and Houston has stopped working me.
They said I needed to turn in my uniforms I asked them if I got fired they said no you said you quit I said I quit that shift at 5599 cuz I don't have the experience Brenda then precedes to call me and tell me that they are charging me for my uniforms if I don't turn them in I said so y'all are fire me she said no you're quitting I said there you go again making my decisions again I am not quitting the company I'm quitting that shift so now they're not working me.
I still have my uniforms I have not heard from anyone the company or corporate so I proceeded to get an attorney to handle this for me this is labor laws against this insane operation that they ran bottom line is as I asked Jim Wells on the final meeting so why are you getting rid of me or why you not working me he goes basically we're paying you too much well then why did you sign the contract with me 6 months before $15 an hour to let you guys know and another dollar raise to $16 an hour after one year of employment with SOS Security so for me to work for 12 bucks an hour I could not make it or $10 but it's just the way that they went by doing it I had never seen anything like this in the security business and there's so much more to tell this company is dishonest they owe me for overtime pay I was there when they needed me no matter what time 24/7 night or day weekend's didn't matter
I worked for one month straight with no days off and they still messed up my paycheck so I had to go to the office for times because she messed up my paycheck Sheryl Henderson all she does is complain on the phone to me I never said anything it just went through one ear and out the other this is the most horrible company in the security business there's no place for advancement just emotions I hope 20/20 or Dateline or somebody gets a hold of this because there's so much more to tell that has happened what they had done to me and what they're doing two other guards it's illegal
