I have had the same experience that others have had. The difference is I
have contacted the better business bureau and consumer affairs and
reccommend that others do the same. I am physically going to the
location with the local police and demanding my computer back and will
be taking them to small claims court for my money. Do not let this
company get away with this. If enough people stand up for themselves
they will stop this mess.

This company promises any laptop repair


This company promises any laptop repair for $79. Thinking I had a chance
at an inexpensive repair, I called them to ask how it worked. They told
me, $79 + the cost of the part. back a week later, and
was told the same thing. I was starting to get a little worried. I got a
little rude with the lady who answered the phone, and she hung up in my
face.

A week after that I got in touch with someone who told me
that my repair would cost $522 including return shipping, so I paid and I
was expecting them to to go ahead and finish the repair. That was 3
months ago. They still have my computer. They've told me at least 3
times that "parts are hard to get" or "your logic board should be on the
next truck."

I called again today and spoke to the same lady,
and I told her I wanted to cancel my repair and for them to send the
machine back to me. After her talking over me, telling me I need to talk
to "Bob" to authorize that, and me telling her that she needs to pass
along that message to Bob. She hung up in my face. I'd hate to have her
job.

So I'm out not only $522, but they still have my computer,
and she won't take a message for Bob nor will she pass long that Bob
should call me.

Please do not give this place any more business.

They are HORRIBLE!


They are HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! My husband bought my computer
from them it broke within a year and now they won't honor their one
year warranty. They have had my computer since November 2011. I had to
call them to even hear anything back about my computer and they are
trying to lie their way out of honoring their warranty. They are
claiming that I may have a 6 month warranty. ANYTHING to
get out of having to fix their shoddy computers. I WILL be contacting
the proper authorities about this matter if it is not resolved very
quickly. They have had my computer far too long. This WILL be fixed.
They have tried to take advantage of the wrong person. So once again I
say DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR ALLOW THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR
COMPUTERS!!!!!!!!! WHAT A SCAM ARTIST!!!!! I WILL BE MAKING SURE
EVERYONE I KNOW, KNOWS JUST HOW AWFUL THIS PLACE IS!!!!!!!

I sent my computer in on January 3rd


I sent my computer in on January 3rd, 2012. It is now February 27th.
Whenever I call, they make excuses about the whereabouts of my computer.
The excuses I've heard are: You should not have sent your computer in
so close to Christmas, there was a tsunami in Japan, It's on its way,
can't find the parts. So I asked for them to return it to me, I would
have to pay for the initial fee-$80.00 and a reshelving
fee for parts they don't even have. Stay AWAY from this company. I also
contacted the Better Business Bureau.

BEWARE!


BEWARE!!! Bob Pachaly is a con artist. I completed $1000 worth of work
for him. He paid me with a fraudulent check. After threatening to
contact the police, he paid less than half his balance and owes me $550.

I would not refer anyone to this company. I took my laptop to them on
July 15 to have a trojan removed on my laptop and while it was there it
was stolen. The company claimed that they filed with there insurance
company so that my laptop can be replaced after phone call after phone

And this is a message to anyone who harbors, aids, assists or finances Mr. Pachaly - I will go after you too. If you're smart, you'll let him fall alone. Do NOT underestimate me. I'm crazy. I won't stop, ever. Not until Bob is back in prison.
