Dear Sirs,

Beware, this Company runs a very well elaborated scam/ripoff scheme. I purchased a Skateboard from them on Sep 27th 2011 and paid right on the spot with my Debit Card. Before purchasing they were answering my emails, giving hints etc. After I purchased, they disappeared. Supposed to deliver in 5 business days, but after 2 WEEKS trying to talk to them, and BEING ABUSED BY THEM ON THE PHONE, they say it is the shape on "backorder".

We sent emails all the time, and the answer is a standard they have for customers who had already paid: "call dave". This is all their answer to your emails, NOTHING ELSE. Then you call Dave, a supposed-to-be bada** dude, who abuses you on the phone, screams at you, inquires why are you bothering him, and at some point even told my Girlfriend to F****off.

After 3 weeks of abuse, I finally got them to commit to shipping my product (AFTER 3 WEEKS OF ABUSE), saying they would do it if I stopped calling them, that I should never call again. On the 4th week, ONE MONTH AFTER THE ORDER, I managed to get a tracking number out of them, basically begging and suffering all types of abuse on the phone.

The skateboard arrived!!! NO IT DID NOT!!!! Today on Oct 31st 2011 I received a package from them, they sent me a skateboard made of the cheapest product available, and completely ignored the product I actually purchased and paid for. I paid $ 119.99 for this trash, which cost $ 19.99, whatever crap they had in their homes. Now I am filing a complaint with the Bank to have this crap returned.

Here is what I purchased: 38'' Joel Tudor LONGBOARD with Gullwing Trucks and Blue Sector Nine wheels. What they shipped me after over 30 days abuse, begging for them to send me what I paid them for? This trash on the picture, a 30 inch YELLOW shape whatever it is the cheapest one, with whatever 180 Trucks and ORANGE wheels, this is what you get for getting involved with these guys. Please listen to me, do not go there you will suffer.

BEWARE, THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH TECHNOLOGY, THERE ARE NO COMPLAINTS VISIBLE ON THE INTERNET, THEY MUST HAVE IT ALL REMOVED. YOU HAVE TO GO INTO SKATEBOARD THREADS TO SEE WHAT PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THEM, THEN YOU FIND THEIR EXPERIENCES, THEY ABUSE EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER, AND NEVER SHIP THE MERCHANDIZE, WHEN THEY SHIP THEY SCAM YOU LIKE THEY DID TO ME.
