Sound Decision Sound Decision Inc and Sound Decision Unlimited Mike (owner) installed a defective remote starter and refused to replace or refund my money Oswego Illinois

Don't be fooled by his personal friends positive reviews. Mike (Owner) did a faulty remote start installation. Since day I picked up the vehicle and drove it home, the vehicle would not restart. You would have to wait 20-30 minutes for it start back up.

This went on for 3 days before Mike could schedule us an appointment to bring the vehicle back in. We dropped it off and left it with him for 4-5 hours. When we picked it up, he initially said nothing was wrong, but changed his mind and stated the vehicle was the problem. He would have to install a ground wire that would cost an additional $200.

It was obvious what Mike was attempting to do and i questioned him why he is charging so much for something he should of done in the first place. After further discussion, Mike stated, Why dont you bring it somewhere else. I then asked him to uninstall the unit and refund in full the amount I paid him.

Mike stated he would not issue a refund because the remote start unit is now used. He was so rude and insulting throughout this conversation. I tried to explain that my vehicle has never had an issue not restarting after turning the engine off.

He didn't care what I had to say and ended the conversation by calling me a jagoff . Mike does not guarantee his work and when he screws it up, he will try to charge you more and blame it on your vehicle.
