Sound Performance & Accessories, Craig Upcroft Most Unprofessional Custom Car Install of My Life, Lied to, 3 Months w/o a Car Avon Indiana

I went in for a Lamborghini Door Install on my car and it took 3 months for him to finish it. When it was finished he overcharged me 700 dollars (quoted me 1300 and charged 2000) and broke my LCD Keyfob Alarm (said he'd replace it in two weeks) Its been a full year now and after calling over 25 times during the year i've been given the go around multiple times for him to replace it.

He used wire crimps when extending the doors rather than soldering (and doing it professionally) so all 20 of the wires in my door split when it got cold. I had to spend a full day testing and soldering each wire back together. He broke my spedometer, it had done a full rotation, so I had to take my dashboard apart and fix that also (these are things he would not fix because he claimed he had no idea how they broke...!) I got rained on in my car because the seal no longer matched up with the doors, so I had to seal the doors myself, and my fenders didn't match up to the doors anymore so I had to wedge the fenders myself! These are all things he never mentioned when he said it would be a "quick and easy process to install lamborghini doors" I rode the bus for 3 months while my car was in the shop. It took even longer because he had to repaint parts of my car because he scraped the paint and broke the fender.

I've called DOZENS of times and sent DOZENS of emails and still have not heard a reply. His secretary keeps giving me the go-around and saying "i'll talk to him about shipping you the new keyfob" but its never going to happen because its been a full year. DO NOT TRUST CRAIG UPCROFT AND DO NOT EVER GO TO SOUND PERFORMANCE AND ACCESSORIES IN AVON INDIANA. Go somewhere else, they will charge less and do a MUCH more professional job on any detail work you need for your car!
