DECEPTION - NO INTEGRITY - THEY STEAL - LIE AND CHEAT. Source One secretively acts as if they're helping you but they intentionally lie, cheat and steal once they get your initial deposits. As a co-signer, I assisted a family member who had bad credit and who couldn't get no one else to trust her. So, I did not believe this family member when she kept explaining that her late payments were not her fault. Source One would tell her " we'll take your weekly payments automatically from your checking account " but they wouldn't take anything, basically assisting a person prone to have a faulty history fall deeper in debt with them. Finally, after 6 months, I took over the payments and was basically told that everything needed to be paid up. This was instantly done, Source One at that point told me not to pay anything else until a new contract was sent to me.

This was done because after I had first co-signed this original contract, the car dealer had added phony fraudulent charges without my knowledge. Unbeknown-st to me, I inherited the exaggerated charges on that loan ( AS IN FAKE WARRANTY ). Source One claimed no responsibility for this fraud but was willing to immediately send a settlement letter and redo the contract minus the phony escalations levied on me. One day turned into 2-3, than one week turned into two and three. Finally on a Thursday I was promised that the settlement letter releasing Source One from legal liability and my knew contract with the correct price was being sent out the next morning.
Nothing came in the mail, more lies, out sick, person on vacation....Voice Mail. That Friday night my car was illegally repossessed. Next day, call back Monday.

Monday, I was told lie after lie after lie. Source One attempted to extort a signature out of me with no mention of the settlement letter.

I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY OPERATE OUT OF FOUR STATES BUT MY CASE OCCURRED IN NEW BRITAIN CT. LET ME KNOW OF ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS HAD ISSUES WITH THIS DIRTY COMPANY.
