South Bay Office Products, Inc Great Prices because of moving to Florida Deerfield Beach, Florida

A gentleman claiming to be from South Bay Office Products called and said that my boss said it was okay to order from them.  The company was moving and did not want to ship their inventory to Florida from California.  Could we help them out by buying in large quanities office supplies that are used frequently at their cost?

He introduced himself has Jim Watson and said any future orders would also be at his cost.  This sounded great, but I should have known it was to good to be true.  I received the merchandise, and was waiting to be invoiced.  The invoice arrived on July 12, with an invoice date of June 15 with a letter saying there was recent problems with the postal delivery and could we remit to the following address only, 1100 S. Powerline Road, Suite 101, Deerfield Beach, FL  33442. 

I called the number on the invoice to see if I could return all or most of the items, seeing that it would put me over budget for the year on Office Supplies.  It was suggested that they would cut the bill in half, and we could make payments.  I have not heard from them since this communication which was on 7/12/10, they day that I actually got an invoice.

I went on-line to see if I could get an e-mail address for this company and found out that someone else has gone through the same thing as me, so I decided I better file a complaint, because obvisiously this is a scam.  I would be more than happy to return the items.
