Ordered the Product on Feb 16. Total cost was $63.94. It took about 3 weeks to receive it. The date now is 3-20-12. Received their product (Deluxe Starter Kit) and within the first 2 weeks one of the batteries has stopped working and the other battery is leaking and has green corrosion building up on the end of it. Wrote the company and was told that since I was not signed up for their delivery program, they will not back the product. I still have a cartridge left from the original 4, neither of the batteries have lasted through these original 4 cartridges, I never had a chance to even sign up to their delivery program before this product failed. Basically its been 10 days since receiving this product, both batteries are shot, and I have been denied any type of exchange or warranty since I did not order more of their cartridges before the original 4 ran out.
Originally I was going to have the batteries replaced and order more cartridges to be sent with the batteries. Upon being told that they will not back up their defective products, I decided to take the loss and learn from my mistake of buying from this company. There is a person in our mall here that sells these types of products and warranties everything he sells. I writing this as a warning to anyone who is thinking about buying from this company.

Company Tried Doing Good

The company tried doing good with me once I filed the complaints and sent me a new battery for the e-cig for free. This one lasted about a week and a half and the internal switch stopped working.
I continued with the smaller battery that came with the kit until it turned on in my pocket while driving down the road. The 5 second timer that is suppose to shut them down did not activate and I started feeling a burning sensation in my pocket, by the time I realized what it was, it had turned from a burning sensation to actually burning my leg. I got it out of my pocket and was able to unscrew the cartridge from the battery, the cartridge was so hot that I could not even hold it. I was able to tap the battery a few times and it shut itself off. I do use this battery still every now and then when the one I bought at the mall runs down, it does still operate, I just make sure to unscrew the cartridge from the battery when I am not using it.
