South Chicago Dodge The service department Over charged me just to look at my van Chicago, Illinois

I went in to the dealership with my 2005 dodge caravan and told him the problems I was having. He wanted me to them 625.00 just to look at the van. I went ahead and payed 300 for them to look at my van 2 days later he calls and tell me it will be 3300.00 to fix maybe I should just get financed for another car or van. I was really disturbed and will come in tomorrow to make a decision. When I went into the dealership I explained that all I wanted was my van nothing else and my something done for the 300.00 I had paid already.

I would not get any money back since im not getting any work done. I was furious and they went to explain that I still owed them 325.00 more dollars. After been there for about an hour and the half they finally let me leave with no money and just my van. that is a scam. I gave them everything to look for all I needed was them to confirm what I said. They jsut took my 300.00 and told me to leave I have written letters and emails Im waiting on a response to my complaints. Dont shop there they are the worst car dealership ever.
