This report is for all of those who are curious about who this company is. Let's answer the first question. Who is South Coast Circulation Inc.?

They're a scam artist corporation that also go by Elite Circulation Inc., Direct Circulation Inc, Pacific Sales, Purebred Sales, Directt, Elite Sales Inc, South Coast Pacific Magazine Circulation Inc. Do these names look familiar to you folks? It has to be if you glanced at their receipts.

What do they look like? Here's what common. They go door-to-door in your neighborhood at random. The makeup of these salesman are young females or young males with tattoos or scruffy hair that either look sorta dumb or foolish or have average intelligence. A lot of them are either high school dropouts or college freshmen. The premise of their guise is to be related to the school or college in your area. That's how they get you. So, they might come up to your door and say they're from so-and-so school down the street. You get it folks? Anyways, they also look desperate to make a sale.

How do they operate? They go up to your door and knock on it a couple of times. Sometimes they try to look around the back if anyone is home. Once you answer, they try to tell you that they're from this school and they're trying to win a contest. In order to do that, they have to rack up points by gaining your subscription. So, they make you sign a piece of paper without you knowing what it's for. Then, they show you another piece of paper with a bunch of points for each magazine subscription. Usually, you have to sign up for three or more. Then, they make you sign your signature and try to convince you to give them your cash or check in the amount of $50 to $300. They also say that they need your money now since you already signed the contract which you can cancel in three to ten days.

What do you do? Well, you can throw them out of your house or doorway. Ask them to polite fully leave. Or alert the authorities if they refuse to leave the premises. The reason why you do this is because they're SOLICITING. In most towns, this is outlawed. In my case, the b*****d only got my name and address which is public information, but he didn't get my financial information. The only way these guys win is by getting your financial information. That's how this scam works. If you or anyone has been through this, call the police and alert them that this corporation is in your area engaging in this practice. This is a SCAM!!!! DON'T GET CAUGHT BY THESE KIDS! DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SH*T!!!!
