On February 21, 2008, we contracted with South Coast to replace windows in our home with Alside windows. On that date, South Coast received a deposit from us in the amount of $4895.83. We were verbally informed we could expect completion of the window replacement in a two-week time frame. As of today, the company has not completed our project, has not provided proof that the windows were ever ordered, nor have they adhered to any agreement (to return our calls, email us with a completion date, etc)., that they made.
To date, South Coast has not returned calls, nor have they attempted to contact my attorney. We've filed suit against the company and its owner in Ft. Bend County. I have also reported the company to the BBB, the Texas Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission.
