South End Contracting owned by Patricia Moseley and Terry J Moseley Deceptive Fraud Trade Practices internet , Indiana

South End Contracting responded to a job posting on BidClerk.com   They bid to do a concrete drive at my home in Michigan.  They asked for a deposit of 1/3 by wire transfer.  I told them I would not wire transfer, but would provide them a check for $1633, the 1/3 they requested.  They drove from Evansville IN to Grand Beach MI to pick up the check.  They were given a check made out to South End Contracting.  Patricia Moseley tried to cash the check - and returned to the home and requested that the check be made out to her personally.  She then took the check to a subsidiary of my bank in Indiana and cashed it.  They did not show up for the job.  Numerous excuses were given - tractor broke (we had one on site), "yes, he will be right there - he is in town," "I did not show up because I was helping my family in the Outer Banks, S.C. during the hurricane," "the refund check is in the mail," "I am on bedrest - need to do paperwork," "We are having financial difficulties," "my wife's pregnancy complications - when things settle down, we will look into this."  The police have visited their home, they have multiple civil lawsuits against them.  They do not return phone calls at present and this falls under felony fraud deceptive practices in the State of Michigan.  Do not use them, do not give them any deposit, do not wire transfer to them.
