South I-75 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Owner-Robert Marshall, Theresa Allen, Chris Hartsfield,and a fellow I know to be Fred Deceptive greedy sales tactics all come standard at south I-75 Chrysler Dodge and Jeep Crittenden, Kentucky

As a consumer I feel it is my duty to bring attention to the deal that my husband and I were tricked into by the entire dealership. I have been accused of having buyers remorse when infact I have victims remorse.

my story is 100% true as hard as it is to believe. my husband and a close friend  went into the South I-75 Chrysler Dodge and jeep dealership where my husband explained to the sales person Theresa Allen how much he would be comfortable paying monthly. He told her what type of truck would suit us. Theresa Allen responded by saying that she had a great buy for us.

She took my husband and our friend out on the lot and showed them two dodge trucks sitting next to each other. One truck was a 2007 and one truck was a 2008. Thersa Allen gave my husband a quote on the 2008 Dodge Dakota of $18.000 out the door. That is exactly what she said.

My husband was very interested in the truck. Theresa Allen took  the two men into the dealership and over to TAllens desk. My husband  called me from T.Allens desk while she was right there with him as he explained the deal to me over the phone.

She did not say a word when my husband told me that he could get the truck for $18.000 out the door using my car as $1.000 trade in. My husband further explained to me that we had to sign the deal that day or we would not be able to get that price,  again TAllen said nothing.

My husband and his friend drove the truck to our house to pick me and our title for our trade-in up.when we walked into the dealship I mentioned to T.Allen that I thought it was an incredible buy at $18.000 again she did not correct me or the quote.

We were rushed into the sales office where a fellow named Fred was waiting for us. Fred told us that he didn't usually do the signing. that someone else did but they were not there.

Good old Fred informed us that the transaction was  being video-taped. Fred kept making mistakes and shredding forms. I was feeling a bit wierd about the whole thing.

And then in the rush to keep everybody happy( all the people there were in such a hurry) It Happened !. We made the biggest mistake of our lives. We signed the documents without clearly understanding what we were actually paying for the truck.

When we got home I sat down and went over the documents and realized that we had signed up to pay $1.900 more than what we were quoted. Yes, go right ahead and call us foolish, reckless and irresponsable.

The very next morning less than 20 hours later we went back to the dealer and explained the situation. That is when we realized that we had been bamboozeled into the deal by a group of calculating, greedy and heartless people.

 The oil in the truck was black, the seats were kind of dirty and there was a plug in one of the tires.To add insult to injury, they told us Too bad you signed the documents. You are stuck with the deal.

Yes here again we were reckless to sign without checking out the truck more thoroughly.

For your sake and your hard earned money try Jeff Wyler in Fort Thomas they have a better rating and I don't believe they are capable of such a dishonesty and deception.  Sadly-No more Chrsyler products for us!!!
