South Pointe Chevrolet sold me a car for $9700 I later I found it on internet at $7992 Tulsa Oklahoma

On 7-7-08 Myself and my wife, Debbie arrived at South Pointe Chevrolet to shop for an Impala. We had been previously approved for this purchase with $1000.00 down. After looking at several they had on the lot we retired to the sales office where we were met by internet sales representitive, Gwen Young. She stated that the bank would not go for the Impala's but they had a Dodge Stratus. As we was dealing on it after driving it, Gwen and her boss came out all excited and said look we just got this in and it only has 28,000 miles on it.
we went out and begin looking over this Ford Taurus and other than needing detailed out, looked pretty sharp

We retired back to sales office where they drew up the figures and stated the bank accepted it. I was not
happy with the price on the car. I stated to Gwen that their figures were over inflated on this car at $9700.00. she snapped back that it was right on with the miles it has on it and the NADA has it right where they are.

I was about to get up and not say a word then just walk out but her smooth tongue covered up that move.

We went ahead and bought the car, signing all the papers at finance and driving it home. Gwen made us an appointment to bring the car back in at 9:00 AM the following morning for detailing and shampooing the

That night when we got home we pulled the web sites back up and there was our car in the pages with full details minus a picture. The price on this vehicle stated that it was $8,991.00 but now is $7992. When Debbie arrived at South Pointe the next morning and met with Gwen Young, she showed her the add and Gwen stated oh! That's for cash only! and wrote that on Debbies copy of the listing.

Gwen gave Debbie a loaner which was the Stratus we had test driven the day before to get her around till the car was finished, which was to be around 5:30 PM that day.

When we called to see if the Car was ready before going out there, Gwen stated there is a problem with the finance dept. and to call back about 12:00 the next day. When I called Gwen said there is still no answer from the finance dept. she would get back with me. This went on through the day until about 5:30 PM that day 7-9-08 when she stated that the bank wanted $2800.00 dollars down and I would have to bring the loaner back in and she would get the things out of our car.

We drove right then to South Pointe and when we arrived Gwen came right out carrying some of my items before I ever got parked. she stated I am sorry but the bank wouldn't budge. I stated to her well the difference that you soaked me on the price would certainly have made up for this down payment you came up with. She again flatly stated, this time I am hearing it
that price was for cash only. I told her it is funny it does not say that anywhere and including the web sites you still have it on. I asked her for my $1000.00 dollar down payment back and as she is walking off. she stated we will send you a check. I said I gave you $1000.00 cash money and I have to wait for a check from you, get my check right now. She stated it has to come from Dallas and it will be to you in a few days. She walked away and went in side.

One thing I forgot to inject was after Debbie had told her about the price and web site she came right home and looked the web site back up, the car was removed from it, but they had not removed it from
