Components of furniture that you will assemble are packed in heavy cumbersome boxes. It's predictable there will be shipping/handling damage from dropping and smashing. Quality control is questionable. Both the origonal chest and the replacement had many damaged and missing parts.

They offer a nice service to provide replacement parts 'free' I requested missing parts FIVE TIMES and was ignored. Now I have a stack of chest components and cannot proceed with assembly for lack of essential parts. I'll now have to pay to send the stuff to the garbage dump.
