My vehicle was towed illegally.

This is just a warning to anyone who wants to rent or buy in Southbrook Condominiums on Beach Blvd. in Jacksonville, Fl. The association president, Judy Clark, lets anyone tow other people's vehicles without informing the association.

The woman who towed my vehicle had signed paperwork giving me one week to move my vehicle (I was out of town and needed some time to get back). She decided to tow it early, and Judy Clark watched her do it, without even calling me to let me know. I didn't find out about until hours later after business hours.

I believe this matter was handled in a very unprofessional, unethical manner. When someone signs a paper stating that you have one week to remedy a situation, legally that person must abide by what they signed, and the association should act to make sure that they do. At the very least in this situation, I should have been notified when my vehicle was being towed.

I am very disappointed with the assocation of Southbrook Condominiums.
