I have been working for Southeastern Asset Services LLc for 4 months now and have completed over 30 work orders for lawn care services and clean up of propertys A client of theres Carrington Home Solutions that sends SEAS work orders for the Bank I was told has not been paying SEAS for my service thats why they cant pay me.

I have sent emails to all departments and even to the new owner of the company about when I will receive payment for my services and they all said it takes 30 to 60 days for there client to pay them and they will get payment to me as soon as they receive it. I responded that I have locks and materials I had to buy out of my own pock aroud $150.00 and many trips to each of the over 30 propertys with fuil expence is around $1000. This has been going on now for 3 months witch should of been pleanty of time for them to Pay SEAS and they pay me, but no responce about payment.

I have worked for SEAS LLC of 4510 Oak Fair Blvd, Suite 130, Tampa FL 33610 since 2013. I had always received my payments usually in around 60-90 days. However, beginning in January I only received one payment. 01/08/15. I received an email statement that I was going to receive a payment on 01/22/15 that never posted. When I emailed them back, they stated they needed to recut and cancel the original check. They have now officially taken down their website, and cut off their phone number. I have located the owner of the LLC. Frank Wood. At the current time they owe my company here in NC a total of $15,142.95. If they contact you to complete work, please do not. If you have current orders in your screen. Clear them and seek legal advice.
