SOUTHERN ASSET SERVICES,LLC SEAS,LLC RIPPING SUB-CONTRACTORS OFF FOR WORK COMPLETED ON THERE BEHALF tampa Florida

I executed an agreement to subcontract as a property preservationist for this company on 10.8.2014 and completed work from 10.22.14 thru 12.10.2014. We completed assignments with the contractual expectation our company would be compensated within a Net 30-45 day time frame of work completion submission. It is now about 7 months later and we have yet to be paid for this completed work. I have emailed and left voice messages for their accounting department on numerous occasions only to be brushed aside or not responded too. They owe me $5,000 plus dollars and refuses to pay for my services. This company has gone so far in there deception as to tell me that a check was mailed out several times (NOT) or we no longer have a direct deposit relationship with our bank. Consumers are tired of unethical companies like SEAS,LLC operating without impunity, collecting monies for themselves off the backs of the common man. They wanted to compensate me in small increments over several months. I refused because the work was done and they never wanted me to complete an assignment over several months. Besides, they had already deceived me before on making payments. Why would I trust SEAS,LLC. with a general release and minimum pay agreement? This was absurd! I refuse to believe this company has not been paid by their client(ALTISOURCE) for all the work orders I performed and completed on their behalf. Yet again with their deceptions, they emailed me a change of ownership notice right before the general release/payment agreement. However, all of the same directors and managing members are still registered and running the company. How can the general public entrust a company that practices such deception? This is why I am reaching out to the BBB to investigate this company. The people of Florida and the United States needs to understand what type of company SEAS,LLC is and not to conduct business with them. RIP-OFFS/FRAUDS/DEVILS
