Southern California Telephone Company Greg Michaels Abusive Company to work for Temecula, California

Greg Michaels runs a company where he likes to hire people with low self esteem on minimum wages for his telemarketing room and customer service department.  He does this to make himself feel better.  He shows up just to curse out and put down his employees.  His Sales Manager, Tim Nash, his is college buddy.  Tim throws his sales team under the buss and lies directly to Greg Michaels face.  Tim sits there and lets his team get verbally abused just so he does not take any of the heat.  The employee moral there is zero.  Commission is never paid, raises and reviews never happen.  They terminate employees without grounds to stand on then doctor up records so they can deny the unemployment.  I am lucky to have stayed such close friends with some of the employees that are still there but to afraid to leave.  Once you resign, Greg Michaels hunts you down.  He will try and destroy your life and make sure you cannot get another job.  He threatens to sue all his past employees.  Truly, a very heartless and sick man.  I think everyone knows by now that Southern California Company is nothing more then a money laundering cover up for Greg's ties with the mob.  His own mother told us employees that he owns many fake businesses.  They are a disgusting family.  I am grateful to have moved on from that place and decided not to bother fighting or suing for the tens of thousands they owe me in commissions.
