This group contacted us by phone asking us to acceot a package and review it, if we like it we can send them a donation of 49.95 or more. If not, then just return the item which was a first aid kit. When we recieved it my boss said it was a rip off and wasn't even worth $20. It was a very small first aid kit, and not to useful for us so i called and asked for a return label. The woman raised her voice, laughed rudely, and said "why would we do that? Why would we take it back? We would lose out money, we paid for the shipping!!" and refused to accept a return from us. I explained to her that when i was contacted that is what i was told, otherwise i would have just said NO! She has called our office several times and demanded payment, we would like to return the item but it is only a PO box and she will not give me an alternate address for the return. WOW!
